E16 error and the unit indicates resin tank sensor or level fault

Safety: Depressurize the system and place it in bypass before removing any tank-mounted sensors.

• Locate sensor: Some Foridra models use a level or safety sensor on the resin tank head. Ensure it is firmly seated and oriented correctly.
• Check wiring: Inspect the cable from the sensor to the control board for damage or loose connections.
• Inspect resin level: If the tank is overfilled with resin, it may trigger the sensor. Resin should typically fill about 2/3 of the tank height.
• Replace sensor: If the sensor is physically damaged or readings are inconsistent, install a new Foridra resin tank sensor.
