Possible Causes

Valve motor cannot reach next position, Faulty position switch, Control board logic fault, Obstruction in valve

Safety: Unplug the unit and place it in bypass to restore water service temporarily.

Manual advance: Use the manual regeneration/advance button to step through cycles. If it will not advance, the valve or motor is likely jammed.
Inspect motor and cam: Remove the control cover and check for broken gears or obstructions (see E04).
Check position switch: Test the Foridra position switch for proper operation (see E11).
Board replacement: If mechanics are fine but the controller does not advance, replace the Foridra main control PCB.
