How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the front panel.
- Inspect keypad: Remove the front cover and check the keypad ribbon cable connection to the control board. Reseat firmly.
- Dry moisture: If condensation or water is present, dry the area and correct any leaks from the valve or plumbing.
- Test buttons: After reseating, power up and test each button. If some or all still fail, replace the Pentair display/keypad module.
- Board check: If a new keypad does not resolve the issue, the Pentair electronic control board may be defective.
