Control valve will not start regeneration; display shows ERR 01 and unit remains in service position.

ERR 02
Display shows ERR 02 and regeneration stops mid-cycle; valve does not reach next position.

Display shows ERR SALT or SALT SENSOR ERROR; salt level reading is erratic or stuck.

Display shows ERR TEMP or HIGH TEMP; unit may suspend regeneration to protect components.

LOW SALT
Display shows LOW SALT or salt icon; softener continues to operate but warns of low brine capacity.

NO FLOW
Display shows NO FLOW even when water is being used; capacity does not count down and regeneration may not trigger.

Brine tank has very little or no water; softener may not regenerate effectively.

Media Bed Disturbance / Iron Discharge
