Control display is blank or intermittent but outlet has power

Safety: Unplug the unit before opening the control housing.

• 1. Verify outlet: Test the outlet with another device to confirm power.
• 2. Check power cord and adapter: Ensure the RainSoft power adapter is fully plugged into both the outlet and the control head.
• 3. Inspect internal fuse (if equipped): Some boards have a small fuse; replace only with the same rating if blown.
• 4. Examine board for damage: Look for burn marks or damaged components. If found, replace the control board.
