• 3. Confirm meter operation: Run water and ensure the display shows flow and remaining capacity decreasing. If not, troubleshoot the meter.
• 4. Test manual regen: If manual regeneration works but automatic does not, the timer circuit may be faulty and the control board should be replaced.
