• 3. Check for board damage: Look for burn marks, corrosion, or damaged components on the control board. Any visible damage indicates replacement is needed.
• 4. Firmware update (if available): If SpringWell provides a method to update firmware, follow their procedure to reload or update the firmware.
• 5. Replace control head: If E14 persists after these steps, replace the SpringWell electronic control head.
