Softener control display is blank or flickering, and the unit does not respond.

Safety: Do not open electrical components while plugged in.

Steps to restore power:

• 1. Check outlet and breaker: Verify the outlet has power and any GFCI is not tripped.
• 2. Inspect power adapter: Ensure the SpringWell power adapter is firmly plugged in and not damaged. Replace if warm, noisy, or visibly damaged.
• 3. Check power jack: Wiggle the plug at the control head. If the display flickers, the jack may be loose or damaged.
• 4. Replace control head: If a known-good adapter does not restore stable power, replace the SpringWell electronic control head.
