Brine tank fills with water and overflows periodically without any error code

Safety: Disconnect power and be prepared to manage spilled brine. Protect nearby electrical equipment.

Steps:

• Remove excess brine: Pump or bail out water to below the normal level so you can see the float and well.
• Check safety float: Ensure the float moves freely and shuts off the brine line when raised. Clean or replace if it sticks.
• Clean injector: Remove and clean the venturi injector in the control head to restore proper brine draw during regeneration.
• Inspect brine refill valve: Check for debris or scale preventing the valve from closing fully. Replace the valve cartridge if necessary.
• Verify drain line: Ensure the drain hose is not blocked or submerged, which can cause backpressure and force water into the brine tank.
