How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the Auseo wine cooler before opening any control compartments.
Steps:
- Hard reset: Disconnect power for at least 10 minutes to fully discharge the control board, then reconnect.
- Check harnesses: Remove the control panel and rear access cover. Inspect all wiring harnesses between the display board and main control board. Reseat connectors firmly.
- Look for damage: Examine both boards for burn marks, corrosion, or insect damage.
- Test operation: After reseating connectors, restore power and see if the Er code clears and controls respond.
- Replace board: If the error persists, replace the main control board first. If still unresolved, replace the display / UI board.
