Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the door. Handle glass carefully to avoid injury.

Steps:

Confirm issue: If condensation is between the glass panes and not on the inner or outer surface, the sealed glass unit has failed.
Remove door: Support the door and remove hinge screws according to the Auseo service instructions.
Replace door assembly or glass unit: Install a new glass door assembly or insulated glass unit specified for your model.
Reinstall door: Refit hinges, check alignment, and ensure the door gasket seals properly.

Note: The failed glass seal cannot be repaired in place; replacement is required.
