• Check rear drain tube: Remove the rear panel and verify that the condensate drain tube is securely attached from the cabinet to the drain pan above the compressor.
• Inspect drain pan: Ensure the drain pan is not cracked or overflowing. Clean it if dirty.
• Reduce condensation: Avoid leaving the door open for long periods and ensure the door gasket seals properly.
