Possible Causes
Blown internal fuse on main PCB, Faulty power cord, Open thermal cutoff, Failed main control board power supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure the outlet is safe and not overloaded. Unplug the cooler before opening any panels.
Steps:
- Check outlet and breaker: Test the outlet with another device and verify the circuit breaker has not tripped.
- Inspect power cord: Look for visible damage. If damaged, replace the power cord assembly with the correct Auseo part.
- Access main PCB: Remove the rear panel and locate the main control board. Look for a small replaceable fuse on the board.
- Test fuse: With a multimeter, check continuity across the fuse. If open, replace with the same rating. If it blows again immediately, there is a deeper fault.
- Replace control board: If the fuse is good but there is still no power, the board’s power supply is likely failed. Replace the main control board / power module.
Warning: Do not bypass fuses or use incorrect ratings; this is a fire hazard.
