• Board evaluation: If sensors and wiring are intact, the secondary zone control board (if present) or the main control board may be defective. Replacement typically requires removing the control panel and transferring connectors one by one.
• After replacement: Reassemble, restore power, and verify that E7 clears and both zones respond to setpoint changes.
