Excessive Operational Noise / Vibration
Loud humming, buzzing, or rattling noise during operation.

Possible Causes
Wine cooler not level, Compressor or condenser fan vibrating against cabinet, Loose internal panels or shelves, Evaporator fan blade hitting ice or wiring
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before tightening components or accessing fans.
- Level the cooler: Use a level and adjust the front feet so the unit is stable and does not rock. An unlevel cabinet amplifies vibration.
- Check external contact points: Ensure the cooler is not touching walls, cabinets, or other appliances that can transmit noise.
- Secure loose parts: Tighten any loose screws on the rear panel, interior panels, and shelves. Ensure bottle racks are fully seated.
- Inspect condenser area: Remove the rear panel and check that the condenser fan, compressor, and tubing are not touching the cabinet or each other. Add foam pads or clips where Avanti originally used them if they have fallen off.
- Check evaporator fan and ice: Remove the interior rear panel and inspect the fan. Clear any ice or wiring that may be contacting the blades.
- Replace worn fan motor: If the noise clearly comes from a grinding or squealing fan, replace the evaporator or condenser fan motor with an OEM Avanti part.
