Possible Causes

Standing water in drain pan, Dirty shelves and liners, Poor air circulation, Long periods of operation at high humidity

Safety: Unplug the unit before deep cleaning.

Empty the cabinet: Remove all bottles and shelves.
Clean interior: Wash walls, shelves, and gaskets with a solution of mild detergent and warm water, then wipe with a mixture of water and baking soda or vinegar. Dry thoroughly.
Clean drain: Clear the condensate drain hole and tube to prevent standing water.
Air out: Leave the door open for several hours to ventilate before returning bottles.
