Shelves difficult to slide or scraping against cabinet walls

Safety: Unplug the unit if you need to remove interior panels.

• Remove shelves: Take out all shelves and inspect for bending or warping.
• Check rails: Ensure the side rails are firmly attached and parallel. Tighten any loose screws.
• Defrost ice: If ice is present on the rails, defrost the unit and address any defrost issues.
• Replace damaged parts: Install new Beko shelves or rails if they are permanently deformed.
