Water pooling at the bottom of the cabinet or on the floor in front of the cooler

Safety: Unplug the appliance before working inside or behind it.

• Locate drain hole: Inside the cabinet, find the small drain hole at the rear (usually just above the compressor area).
• Clear blockage: Use a soft pipe cleaner or flexible plastic rod to gently clear any debris or mold from the drain hole.
• Check drain tube and pan: From the rear, verify that the drain tube is connected and leads to the drain pan above the compressor. Ensure the pan is not cracked or overflowing.
• Inspect door seal: Replace a leaking gasket to reduce excess condensation.
