Safety: Unplug the unit before accessing controls or sensors.

• Verify settings: Confirm the temperature is not set to the minimum. Adjust to a mid-range value and monitor.
• Test cabinet sensor: Access the NTC sensor and measure resistance at known temperatures. Replace if readings are out of specification.
• Inspect control board: If the compressor runs almost constantly regardless of setpoint, the compressor relay may be stuck. Replace the main control board.
• Temporary mitigation: Until repaired, you can raise the set temperature and monitor with an independent thermometer to avoid freezing wine.
