Buttons on the control panel do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.

Steps to restore function:

• Dry the panel: Wipe the control surface dry. If liquid cleaner was recently used, allow time for moisture to evaporate.
• Power reset: Unplug for 5 minutes, then reconnect and test buttons.
• Check ribbon cable: Access the control panel and reseat the ribbon cable between the UI and main board.
• Replace UI board: If only certain buttons fail or response is erratic, replace the BODEGA touch control panel.

When to call a professional: If a new UI does not resolve the issue, the main control board may be defective.
