• Access the condenser fan: Remove the rear lower panel to expose the condenser coil and fan assembly.
• Inspect for blockage: Check for dust buildup, plastic wrap, or other debris blocking the fan blades. Clean thoroughly with a soft brush and vacuum.
• Spin test: Rotate the fan blades by hand. If they do not spin freely, the motor bearings may be seized and the motor should be replaced.
• Check wiring: Inspect the fan motor connector and wires for burns, loose pins, or damage. Reseat the connector on the main PCB if accessible.
• Electrical test: With the unit powered and calling for cooling (only if trained), measure voltage at the fan connector. If correct voltage is present but the fan does not run, replace the fan motor with a compatible BODEGA condenser fan motor.

When to call a professional: If no voltage is present at the fan connector, the main control board may be defective and should be serviced by a professional.
