Interior light does not turn on when the door is opened, but the unit cools normally.

Safety first: Unplug the unit before working on the light or door switch.

Steps to diagnose and fix:

• Check light settings: Some BODEGA models allow disabling the interior light via the control panel. Ensure it is not turned off.
• Inspect door switch: Verify the door switch or reed sensor is working (see dE). If the control thinks the door is closed, the light will stay off.
• Access LED module: Remove the interior light cover (usually clipped or screwed in place). Check the LED module and wiring connector.
• Replace LED module: If the module shows signs of burning or does not light with proper voltage, replace it with a compatible BODEGA LED light assembly.

When to call a professional: If the LED and switch are good but no voltage is present, the main control board may be faulty.
