Interior light not working but cooling is normal

Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing light covers or panels.

Steps:

• Door switch test: Open and close the door while observing the display or any indicator that responds to the door. If nothing changes, the door switch may be faulty.
• Access light module: Remove the interior light cover (usually clipped or screwed in). Inspect the LED module and connector.
• Connector check: Reseat the light connector and check for corrosion or loose pins.

Repair: Replace the LED light assembly if it remains dark with a known-good door switch. If multiple lights fail simultaneously, the light driver circuit on the main PCB may be defective and require board replacement.
