Unit is making loud humming, rattling, or vibrating noises

Safety first: Unplug the unit before tightening screws or accessing fans.

Steps:

• Level the unit: Use a spirit level to ensure the Cavin wine cooler is level front-to-back and side-to-side. Adjust leveling feet as needed.
• Check for contact points: Ensure the unit is not touching walls or cabinets that can amplify vibration.
• Secure shelves and bottles: Reposition shelves and bottles so they do not rattle against each other or the cabinet walls.
• Inspect fans: Remove the inner rear panel and listen for noisy evaporator fan operation. Check for ice or debris hitting the blades.

Repair: Tighten loose mounting screws on the compressor bracket and internal panels. Replace a noisy or wobbling evaporator or condenser fan motor if lubrication does not help (most are sealed and require replacement).
