How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before accessing the control board.
- Power reset: Unplug the CELLA wine cooler for at least 10 minutes to allow capacitors to discharge. Plug back in and reprogram temperature settings.
- Check power source: Ensure the outlet provides stable voltage and is not shared with heavy appliances that cause surges. Use a surge protector if necessary.
- Inspect main PCB: Remove the rear control box cover and visually inspect the main control board for burnt components or corrosion.
- Board replacement: If E14 persists after reset and power issues are ruled out, replace the main control board with the correct CELLA part number, transferring any jumpers or configuration plugs as instructed.
