Possible Causes
Failed internal power supply on main PCB, Loose power cord connection, Faulty outlet or house wiring, Blown internal fuse on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before opening any electrical compartments.
- Verify outlet: Test the wall outlet with another appliance or a meter to confirm proper voltage.
- Inspect power cord: Check the CELLA power cord for cuts, burns, or loose prongs. Replace if damaged.
- Check internal fuse: Remove the control box cover and locate any board-mounted fuse. Test for continuity and replace with the same rating if blown.
- Board power supply: If the fuse is good but the board does not power up properly and E15 remains, the low-voltage power supply section of the main control board is likely faulty and the board should be replaced.
