High-pitched squealing or chirping noise from inside the cabinet

Safety: Unplug the wine cooler before accessing the interior fan.

• Access fan: Remove shelves and the rear interior panel to expose the evaporator fan.
• Check for ice: Look for ice buildup around the fan. If present, defrost the unit completely and check the defrost system.
• Inspect fan blades: Ensure the blades are not rubbing against the shroud. Reposition if necessary.
• Replace motor: If the noise persists and the motor feels rough when spun by hand, replace the evaporator fan motor.
