Wine cooler not turning on at all, no lights or display

Safety: Always unplug the unit before opening any panels.

• Check external power: Confirm the outlet has power by plugging in another device. Reset any tripped breakers or GFCI outlets.
• Inspect power cord: Examine the CELLA power cord for visible damage. Replace if the insulation is cut or the plug is loose.
• Access control box: Remove the rear control box cover and locate the internal fuse on the main board. Test it with a multimeter and replace with the same rating if blown.
• Board replacement: If the fuse is good and there is confirmed power at the board input but no display or lights, replace the main control board.
