How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before opening the control panel.
- Power reset: Unplug the unit for 5 minutes and plug back in to clear any temporary control lockups.
- Inspect panel: Remove the control panel and check for moisture or corrosion. Dry thoroughly and clean with a soft cloth.
- Check cable: Reseat the ribbon cable between the keypad and main board.
- Replace interface: If specific buttons never work or the panel is physically damaged, replace the user interface board.
