How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the wine cooler before removing the control panel.
- Check brightness setting: Some models allow dimming the display. Verify it is not set to the lowest level.
- Access control panel: Remove screws or clips holding the front control panel and gently pull it forward.
- Inspect ribbon cable: Ensure the cable between the display and main board is fully seated and undamaged.
- Replace display board: If connections are good but the display remains blank or unreadable, replace the display/user interface board with the correct GE part.
