Display shows LC and controls are locked, buttons do not respond

Safety: No internal work is required for basic unlocking.

• Unlock controls: On most GE Profile wine coolers, press and hold the Lock or Control Lock button for 3–5 seconds until the LC indicator turns off. Refer to your user manual for the exact button combination.
• Check keypad: If LC will not clear, unplug the unit for 5 minutes, then restore power and try again. If buttons remain unresponsive, the keypad or user interface board may be faulty.
• Inspect interface (advanced): With power disconnected, remove the control panel and check the ribbon cable and board for damage. Replace the user interface board if necessary.
