Unit does not power on at all, no lights or display

Safety: Always disconnect from power before opening panels. If you are not comfortable working with line voltage, contact a technician.

• Check house power: Verify the circuit breaker is not tripped and the outlet has power by plugging in another device.
• Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, burns, or loose plug blades. Replace the cord if damaged.
• Internal connections: Remove the rear panel and check that the power cord connections to the main control board or terminal block are tight.
• Board inspection: Look for burnt components or blown fuses on the main control board. Some boards have a replaceable fuse; replace only with the same rating.
• Replace main control board: If power is present at the board input but the unit remains dead, replace the main control board.
