Possible Causes

Failed inter-zone circulation fan, Blocked air channel between zones, Wiring fault to zone fan, PCB output failure for zone fan

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the wine cooler before removing interior panels.

  • Identify inter-zone fan: On some Gorenje dual-zone models, a small fan in the partition wall moves air between zones.
  • Access fan: Remove the partition cover or central duct panel to expose the fan.
  • Check for obstruction: Ensure no packing material, labels, or debris is blocking the fan blades or air channels.
  • Test fan: Spin the fan by hand; it should move freely. Check wiring and connector. With power on (and caution), verify that voltage is supplied when the fan should run. Replace the fan motor if voltage is present but the fan does not turn.
  • PCB check: If the fan is good but never receives power, the PCB may be defective and require replacement.
