How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: No internal repair is usually needed for this condition.

  • Disable child lock: On many Gorenje wine coolers, press and hold the temperature up and down buttons together for 3–5 seconds, or hold the lock icon button until the lock symbol disappears. Refer to the user manual for the exact combination.
  • Power reset: If the lock will not clear, unplug the unit for 5 minutes, then reconnect and try the unlock sequence again.
  • Check for stuck buttons: If certain keys feel stuck or do not click, gently clean around them with a soft cloth. If still unresponsive, the control panel may need replacement.
