• 3. Check drain tube and pan: From the rear of the unit, remove the lower panel and locate the drain tube leading to a small drain pan near the compressor. Ensure the tube is connected, not kinked, and the pan is not cracked or overflowing.
• 4. Clean drain system: Flush the drain with a small amount of warm water mixed with mild detergent or vinegar to remove buildup. Dry the area thoroughly.
• 5. Reduce humidity load: Minimize door openings and ensure the door gasket seals properly to reduce excess condensation.
• 6. Replace damaged parts: If the drain pan is cracked or the tube is damaged, replace them with compatible Kalamera parts.
