• 1. Level the cooler: Adjust the front leveling feet until the unit is slightly tilted back so the door naturally swings closed.
• 2. Check for obstructions: Ensure shelves and bottles are not protruding and hitting the door.
• 3. Inspect gasket: Look for twisted or compressed sections of the gasket. Warm the gasket with a hair dryer on low and gently reshape it to improve sealing.
• 4. Adjust hinges: Tighten hinge screws and adjust the door position so it aligns evenly with the cabinet.
• 5. Replace gasket if necessary: If the gasket is cracked or permanently deformed, replace it with a new Kalamera door gasket.
