Possible Causes
High room humidity, Door gasket not sealing fully, Failed door heater (if equipped), Low door glass insulation performance
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: Some condensation is normal in very humid environments.
- Check gasket seal: Inspect and adjust or replace the Luma door gasket to ensure a tight seal.
- Reduce humidity: Use a room dehumidifier or air conditioning to lower ambient humidity.
- Door heater (if present): Some models have a low-wattage heater around the door frame. If the frame feels cold and sweats, the heater circuit may have failed and may require control board or heater harness replacement.
- Wipe regularly: Wipe condensation to prevent mold growth and monitor for worsening conditions.
