High Temperature Alarm
L1
Display shows L1 and the interior feels very cold; some bottles may be too chilled.
Low Temperature Alarm
Symptom
Beeping alarm sounds periodically even though temperature appears normal and door is closed.
Nuisance Alarm / Sensor or Door Detection Issue
Symptom
Cabinet interior is too dry; corks appear to be drying out over time.
Low Humidity Inside Wine Cooler
Symptom
Cabinet interior is too humid; labels peel and mold spots appear.
High Humidity Inside Wine Cooler
Symptom
Clicking sound every few minutes; compressor attempts to start but shuts off quickly; no cooling.
Compressor Short Cycling on Overload
Symptom
Condensation forming on the inside glass door, especially in humid weather.
Door Condensation / Insulation Issue
Symptom
Display is dim, flickering, or some segments are missing, but cooling still works.

Symptom
Display works but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.
Unresponsive Touch Controls
Symptom
Door does not seal properly; condensation or frost forms around the door frame.
Door Gasket Failure / Misalignment
Symptom
Dual-zone Luma wine cooler: upper zone cools but lower zone is warm (or vice versa).
Single-Zone Cooling Failure in Dual-Zone System
Symptom
Excessive frost or ice buildup on the back wall or evaporator; airflow is restricted and cooling performance drops.
Frost Buildup / Defrost Failure
Symptom
Exterior side walls of the wine cooler feel excessively hot to the touch.
Overheating Cabinet / Condenser Loop
Symptom
High-pitched squealing or chirping noise from inside the cabinet.
