How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before accessing the control board.
- Power reset: Unplug the cooler for at least 5 minutes to allow the control to fully discharge, then plug back in.
- Check connectors: Remove the control panel or rear cover and reseat all connectors on the main control board, including sensor and fan harnesses.
- Surge protection: If the error followed a storm or outage, consider using a surge protector going forward.
- Board replacement: If Er returns immediately after a reset and connectors are secure, replace the Luma main control board.
