Possible Causes

Wine cooler not level, Loose compressor mounting brackets, Vibrating shelves or bottles, Worn condenser or evaporator fan motor

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Unplug the unit before tightening hardware or touching moving parts.

  • Level the cabinet: Use a bubble level and adjust the front leveling legs so the Luma cooler is stable and does not rock.
  • Check for contact points: Ensure the cabinet is not touching walls or cabinets that can amplify vibration.
  • Secure shelves and bottles: Reposition bottles so they do not touch the cabinet walls and ensure shelves are fully seated.
  • Inspect fans and compressor: Remove the rear panel and check that the condenser fan and compressor mounting bolts are tight. Replace a noisy Luma condenser or evaporator fan motor if the noise clearly comes from the fan.
