• Inspect wiring harnesses: Access the control panel and main control board. Verify that all harness connectors are fully seated and that no wires are pinched or damaged.

• Replace main control board if needed: If the Er code persists after reset and wiring checks, replace the NewAir main control board (PCB) with the correct part for your model.
