Possible Causes
Failed humidity sensor module, Disconnected humidity sensor harness, Faulty humidity control circuit on main PCB, Condensation damage on sensor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the cooler before accessing internal electronics.
- Locate humidity sensor: On Pevino models with humidity control, the sensor is often mounted on the interior side wall or ceiling, sometimes behind a small grille.
- Inspect sensor: Check for visible corrosion, water droplets, or mold on the sensor housing. Clean gently with a dry cloth if lightly soiled.
- Check wiring: Follow the sensor cable to its connector and ensure it is fully seated on the main control board.
- Replace sensor: If the E11 code persists, replace the humidity sensor module with a Pevino-compatible part.
- Board replacement: If a new sensor does not resolve the issue, the main control board humidity circuit may be defective and require replacement.
