Possible Causes

Cabinet not properly leveled, No vibration isolation pads under feet, Cabinet cutout too tight, Compressor or fan contacting cabinet walls

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Carefully pull the unit out of the cabinet to avoid tipping.

  • Re-level unit: Adjust leveling feet so all four corners are firmly supported and the unit is stable.
  • Add isolation pads: Place rubber or cork pads under the feet to reduce vibration transfer.
  • Check clearances: Ensure there is a small gap between the cooler sides/top and the surrounding cabinetry.
  • Inspect rear components: Confirm the compressor, condenser fan motor, and drain pan are not touching the cabinet walls.
