Oven door remains locked after cycle or will not lock to start a pyrolytic self-clean; F11 displayed.
Door Lock Mechanism or Lock Sensor Fault
F12
Touch display or control panel is unresponsive or partially unresponsive; F12 appears intermittently.
User Interface Communication Error
F13
Oven beeps and shows F13; time and programs may reset unexpectedly.
Low Voltage or Power Supply Error
F14
Oven shows F14 and will not start; sometimes accompanied by fan running briefly.
Internal Communication Bus Error
F15
Steam-assisted V-ZUG oven (Combi-Steam) shows F15; steam functions do not start.
Steam Generator Temperature or Sensor Fault
F16
Steam oven shows F16; no steam is produced even though heating may work.
Steam Generator Heating Failure
F20
Oven shows F20; internal temperature rises unexpectedly or remains high even when off.
Stuck Heating Relay or Triac
F21
Pyrolytic self-cleaning does not start or aborts with F21; door may lock then unlock.
Pyrolytic Temperature or Safety System Fault
F30
Oven clock and programs reset randomly; F30 may appear after a power interruption.
Non-Volatile Memory or Configuration Error
F40
Oven shows F40 immediately after switching on; no functions can be selected.
Configuration or Model Identification Error
F50
Steam oven shows F50; water tank symbol may flash; no steam functions available.
Water Supply or Water Level Detection Fault
F51
Steam oven shows F51; water leaks inside cabinet or under appliance.
Steam System Leak or Overflow Detection
Symptom
Control panel buttons or touch fields do not respond, but the display is lit and shows the time.
User Interface Input Failure
Symptom
Excessive condensation forms on the oven door and drips onto the floor or into the cabinet during cooking.
Condensation Management / Ventilation Issue
Symptom
Oven does not heat at all in any mode, but no error code is displayed; fan and light may still work.
General Heating Circuit Failure Without Error Detection
Symptom
Oven door does not close fully or sits crooked; heat escapes around the door; no error code.
Door Hinge or Door Seal Misalignment
Symptom
Oven door seal is damaged or heat and steam escape around the door, causing condensation on surrounding cabinets.
Door Gasket Failure
Symptom
Oven emits a metallic or buzzing noise from the control area when heating elements switch on and off.
Relay or Contactor Noise
Symptom
Oven emits a strong burning smell or smoke during normal cooking (not during first use or pyrolysis).
Contamination or Insulation Overheating
Symptom
Oven fan continues to run for an unusually long time after cooking has finished and the oven is cool.
Cooling Fan Control or Temperature Sensing Issue
Symptom
Oven glass door becomes extremely hot to the touch during normal baking, more than usual.
Door Insulation or Cooling System Degradation
Symptom
Oven heats but temperature is significantly too low or too high compared to the set value; no error code shown.
Temperature Regulation / Calibration Error
Symptom
Oven interior enamel is cracked or chipped, exposing metal underneath.
Cavity Enamel Damage
Symptom
Oven interior light and display flicker or dim when heating turns on.
Voltage Drop or Loose Connection
Symptom
Oven light does not work, but all heating and fan functions are normal.
Cavity Lamp Circuit Failure
Symptom
Oven makes loud rattling or scraping noises when the convection fan is running.
Convection Fan Mechanical Noise
Symptom
Oven rails or telescopic runners are difficult to slide or make grinding noises.
Rack Support / Telescopic Runner Wear
Symptom
