E1
Cordless vacuum will not run; LED indicator flashes rapidly in a repeating E1 pattern when trigger is pulled.
Overcurrent / Motor Overload Protection
E2
Vacuum stops shortly after starting; LED flashes in an E2 pattern and unit will not restart until battery is removed and reinserted.
Overheating / Thermal Cutout Activated
E3
Vacuum does not start; LED flashes in an E3 pattern immediately when trigger is pulled, even with a charged battery.
Battery Voltage Protection / Undervoltage or Overvoltage
E4
Vacuum runs for 1–3 seconds then stops; LED flashes in an E4 pattern and unit will not stay on.
Motor Control PCB Fault / Hall Sensor Error
E5
LED indicator shows E5 pattern and vacuum speed fluctuates or surges up and down during use.
Speed Control / Electronic Throttle Fault
E6
Vacuum will not start; LED flashes E6 pattern and a faint click may be heard from inside the housing.
Soft-Start / Relay Drive Circuit Failure
E7
LED flashes E7 pattern; vacuum stops when brush nozzle is attached but runs normally without it.
Brush Nozzle Overload / Brush Motor Protection
E8
Vacuum runs but suction is very weak; LED shows E8 pattern and unit may pulse on and off.
Airflow Restriction / Filter Blockage Warning
E9
LED flashes E9 pattern; vacuum shuts down when switching to high or turbo mode but runs on low.
High-Load Overcurrent in Turbo Mode
Symptom
Brush bar starts then stops repeatedly during use.
Brush Motor Overload / Thermal Protection Cycling
Symptom
Dust cup door will not latch or pops open during use.
Dust Cup Latch Failure
Symptom
Dust escapes from around the filter area and blows back into the room.
Filter Seal Failure / Incorrect Filter Installation
Symptom
Extension pipe or nozzle frequently falls off during use.
Accessory Retention / Locking Failure
Symptom
Floor nozzle brush bar does not spin, but suction is present.
Brush Bar Drive Failure
Symptom
LED indicators on the vacuum do not light, but the motor runs.
LED Indicator Circuit Failure
Symptom
Mode selector switch (Low/High/Turbo) does not change suction power.
Mode Selector / Power Setting Failure
Symptom
Static shocks felt when touching the vacuum during use.
Static Electricity Buildup
Symptom
Unusual chemical or plastic smell from the vacuum even when not in use.
Outgassing or Component Overheat History
Symptom
Vacuum body becomes unusually hot to the touch during normal use.
Excessive Motor Heating
Symptom
Vacuum body or handle is cracked after being dropped.
Housing Damage / Structural Failure
Symptom
Vacuum cannot pick up fine dust effectively; filters clog almost immediately.
Fine Dust Overload / Inadequate Pre-Filtration
Symptom
Vacuum continues to run briefly after releasing the trigger (more than the normal soft-stop).
Trigger Latch / Control Logic Fault
Symptom
Vacuum does not turn on at all; no lights, no sound when trigger is pulled.
No Power / Dead Tool
Symptom
Vacuum emits a burning smell while running.
Overheating Motor / Electrical Insulation Breakdown
Symptom
Vacuum leaves lines of debris behind and does not pick up well from carpets.
Poor Pickup / Brush or Nozzle Performance Issue
Symptom
Vacuum makes a high-pitched whistling noise during use.
Air Leak / Seal Failure
Symptom
Vacuum produces loud grinding or rattling noises from the main body.
Motor Bearing or Fan Damage
Symptom
Vacuum runs but quickly loses suction as the dust cup fills only partially.
Cyclone Separation Failure
Symptom
Vacuum runs but suction is very weak even with a fully charged battery.
Low Suction / Airflow Loss
Symptom
Vacuum runs for a very short time (less than expected) on a full battery.
Reduced Runtime / High Current Draw
Symptom
Vacuum runs only intermittently; it starts and stops when the handle is moved or shaken.
Intermittent Power / Loose Connection
Symptom
Vacuum shuts off after a few minutes of use and restarts only after cooling down.
Thermal Overload from Restricted Airflow
Symptom
Vacuum trigger is stuck or difficult to pull.
Mechanical Trigger Obstruction / Wear
Symptom
Vacuum vibrates excessively in the hand during operation.
Imbalanced Fan or Brush / Mechanical Vibration
Symptom
Vacuum will not stand in its wall mount or charging stand securely (for models with docking).
Docking / Mounting Misalignment
