E01
Charging session does not start, vehicle shows ‘charging error’, charger display shows E01 immediately after plugging in.
Proximity Pilot / Control Pilot Communication Fault
E02
Charger shows E02 and refuses to start charging, vehicle does not lock the connector, relay clicking may be heard briefly.
Contactor / Relay Weld Detection or Stuck Contactor
E03
Charger displays E03, charging stops or will not start, often after a power fluctuation or grid disturbance.
Input Voltage Out of Range / Phase Detection Error

Charger shows E04 and refuses to charge, sometimes accompanied by a tripped RCD/RCBO in the distribution board.
Insulation Fault / Ground Fault Detected
