Display shows E6 and the smoker does not power the fan or heating element; sometimes accompanied by a burning smell previously.
Main Control Board Failure
E7
Display shows E7 and the internal circulation fan does not run; temperature is uneven inside the smoker.
Fan Motor or Fan Feedback Error
E8
Display shows E8 and the smoker will not start; sometimes the display flickers or goes blank when pressing START.
Low Voltage / Power Supply Error
E9
Display shows E9 and the smoker beeps; timer and temperature cannot be set correctly.
Touch Control / Keypad Fault
F1
Display shows F1 and the smoker will not start; audible beeping may occur.

Door Open During Operation Fault
F3
Display shows F3 and the timer cannot be set or resets to 00:00.
Timer Circuit / Memory Error
F4
Display shows F4 and the smoker cannot detect or control the heating element properly; temperature fluctuates wildly.
Heating Relay or Triac Fault
F5
Display shows F5 and the smoker fan runs but the heating element never energizes.
Element Drive Circuit Fault
H1
Display shows H1 and the smoker will not heat above a low temperature; heating cycles are very short.
Temperature Calibration / Sensor Drift High
H2
Display shows H2 and the smoker struggles to reach set temperature; it keeps heating for long periods.
Temperature Calibration / Sensor Drift Low
Symptom
Buttons beep but settings do not change; temperature or time remains at default.
Input Not Registering to Logic
Symptom
Condensation and brown liquid drip from the door or around the glass.
Condensation Management Issue
Symptom
Display is very dim or unreadable, but smoker still heats and runs.
Display Backlight / LED Failure
Symptom
Display works but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.
Unresponsive Control Panel
Symptom
Door glass cracks or shatters during or after use.
Thermal Stress / Impact Damage to Door Glass
Symptom
Excessive smoke leaks from door edges and around the glass; difficult to maintain temperature.
Door Seal / Gasket Failure
Symptom
Internal fan does not run; heat is uneven and smoke accumulates heavily at the top.
Circulation Fan Failure
Symptom
Rust spots appear inside the smoker cabinet or on racks.
Corrosion of Interior Surfaces
Symptom
Smoker does not power on at all; no lights or display when plugged in.
No Power / Dead Unit
Symptom
Smoker exterior gets excessively hot to the touch during normal operation.
Insulation / Heat Shield Degradation
Symptom
Smoker heats but cannot reach the set temperature; stalls well below target.
Insufficient Heating Capacity
Symptom
Smoker interior light does not turn on, but all other functions work.
Interior Light Failure
Symptom
Smoker makes loud rattling or grinding noises during operation.
Mechanical Vibration / Fan Noise
Symptom
Smoker overheats beyond the set temperature; food burns even at low settings.
Runaway Heating
Symptom
Smoker powers on but will not heat; fan may run and timer counts down.
No Heat with Power Present
Symptom
Smoker produces too much thick, bitter smoke; food tastes acrid.
Over-Smoking / Poor Combustion
Symptom
Smoker produces very little or no smoke even though it heats normally.
Insufficient Smoke Generation
Symptom
Smoker trips the household circuit breaker or RCD when turned on or when heating starts.
Electrical Short or Ground Fault
Symptom
Smoker will not start a new cycle immediately after finishing one; must cool down first.
Thermal Lockout / Overheat Protection
Symptom
Strong burning plastic or electrical smell during operation; may occur with or without visible smoke from vents.
Overheating Component or Wiring
