E9
Proline freezer displays E9 and may not cool; compressor does not run even though lights and display are on.
Main Control PCB Fault
H1
Proline freezer shows H1 or HI and an alarm sounds; internal temperature is too high.
High Temperature Alarm Condition
L1
Proline freezer shows L1 or LO and may indicate abnormally low temperature inside the cabinet.
Low Temperature Alarm / Overcooling Condition
Symptom
Alarm beeps intermittently even though the temperature appears normal and the door is closed.
False Alarm Due to Door Switch or Sensor Error
Symptom
Chest freezer interior walls are heavily iced; manual defrost is required very frequently.
Excessive Moisture Ingress
Symptom
Chest freezer lid will not stay open or slams shut unexpectedly.
Lid Hinge or Support Failure
