Battery Pack Undervoltage Lockout
F2
Battery LEDs show an F2 error pattern during charging and the pack does not charge to full capacity.
Battery Temperature Sensor Fault
F3
Vacuum runs only on low power and shows F3 or a restricted power icon; high power mode cannot be selected.
Power Mode Limitation Due to Fault / Protection Mode
F4
Vacuum randomly shuts off and F4 appears briefly on the display; restarting sometimes works for a short time.
Intermittent Power Supply / Connection Fault
F5
Vacuum shows F5 and the LED headlight on the floor nozzle does not work, though suction may be normal.
Accessory Lighting Circuit Fault
Symptom
Battery becomes extremely hot to the touch during normal use or charging.
Abnormal Battery Heating
Symptom
Charging dock LED does not light and the vacuum battery does not charge when docked.
No Charging / Power Supply Failure
Symptom
Dust and debris leak from around the dust container or from joints in the wand during use.
Air Leak / Poor Sealing
Symptom
Dust container door will not latch closed or pops open during use, spilling debris.

HEPA Filter Bypass or Failure
Symptom
LED headlight on the floor nozzle flickers during use but the brush and suction continue to work.
Intermittent LED Power / Loose Connection
Symptom
Main floor brush does not spin, but suction is present; LED on nozzle may still light.
Brush Roller Drive Failure
Symptom
