Charger will not start charging; display shows E01 immediately after plugging into vehicle.
Pilot Signal Communication Fault
E02
Display shows E02 and charging does not start when vehicle is connected.
Ground Fault / Leakage Current Detected
E03
Charger powers on but shows E03 and refuses to charge any vehicle.
Ground Connection Missing or High Resistance Ground
E04
Display shows E04 and charging stops shortly after starting, or will not start at all.
Overvoltage Protection Trip
E05
Charger shows E05 and does not energize the relay; vehicle does not begin charging.
Undervoltage / Brownout Detected
E06
Display shows E06 and charging stops; sometimes accompanied by a clicking sound from inside the charger.
Relay / Contactor Welded or Stuck
E07
Charger shows E07 and will not start charging; sometimes occurs after a lightning storm or power surge.
Internal Overtemperature Protection (Control Board)

Display shows E08 and charging stops; vehicle may report a charging error as well.
Output Overcurrent / Short Circuit Detected

Charger shows E09 and does not respond to vehicle connection; display may still show voltage and current settings.
Control Pilot Duty Cycle / EVSE Signaling Error

Display shows E10 and charging stops after a few seconds of operation.
Proximity Detection / Latch Switch Fault

Charger shows E11 and the screen may flicker or reset intermittently.
Internal Power Supply Fault

Display shows E12 and the charger does not respond to button presses or vehicle connection.

Current Measurement Inaccuracy
Symptom
Charger emits a burning smell or visible smoke during or after charging.
Overheating / Component Failure

Charger enclosure vibrates or rattles when vehicles connect or disconnect, or when the relay operates.
Mechanical Vibration / Loose Mounting
Symptom
Charger intermittently stops charging without any error code; charging resumes if unplugged and replugged.
Intermittent Connection / Thermal Cutback
Symptom
Charger makes loud buzzing or humming noises during operation.
Audible Noise from Relay or Power Components
Symptom
Charger or plug becomes very hot to the touch during normal charging, but no error code is displayed.
Overheating Plug / Connector

Charger output cable is excessively stiff in cold weather, making it hard to handle or connect.
Cable Stiffness / Low-Temperature Performance
